Today Primary 4 and Primary 6/7 had a visit from the Water Bus from Northern Ireland Water. The children learned all about the water cycle and local reservoirs such as Silent Valley through a fun video and discussion. They also discovered the impact of climate change and ways in which we can save water. The children really enjoyed the interactive presentation on how our water is cleaned. We will remember to drink lots of water rather than fizzy drinks or juice, and we will continue to do our best to save as much water as possible.
