Keeping Safe Week 

Our digital leaders are an incredibly talented, competent and confident group of children.  

They are invaluable in St. Colman's and contribute so much to ICT in our school. The digital leaders come from P5, P6 and P7. 

During the school closure, they have been involved in testing and training for online Home Learning.

Last week, these P7 children created wonderful animations at home with their families. They created all their own artwork and models.

If you'd like to make an animation send it to your teacher via Seesaw or Google Classroom 💻

The P7 digital leaders have important safety reminders for you when you are using a technology device.
It is most important that you remember the following points:

💻 Be careful! Be aware of Stranger Danger! Remember to only communicate with someone you know. And that your mum and dad know what you are doing on the computer. ( Alex P7)

🖥️ Be careful to what sites you go on to because some can be dangerous! Always check with your mum and dad before you go on to a new website. (Kacper P7)

⌨️ If you ever get a message from someone you know and it is hurtful then go to your mum or dad, or if you are in school tell your teacher. (Faith P7)

🖱️ There is a lot to learn using a digital device but only use it for a short time. There are lots of other different ways to learn and have fun too. (Kayden P7)
