On Tuesday the 19th of January, Derek a fire and rescue officer from the Kilkeel station came into school and gave Primary 5 a very important talk about keeping our homes safe. Everyone in the class received an activity pack and had to take home a safety check sheet to fill in with their parents . Derek also told us that it was very important we checked our fire alarms at home weekly.
