Home learning update
Dear parents/guardians,
We are nearly finished our preparations for home learning for our children. We thank you most sincerely for your patience and support. These are unprecedented times bringing with it situations that we have had no time to get ready for. We have taken the decision for online learning as it will allow us to:
- engage with your children and not leave them on their own
- teachers and classroom assistants will be able to write comments praising and helping your child
- link in with daily activities
- suggest lots of practical and fun activities
These reasons are so very important. There is no risk of cross contamination, we are keeping the advised social distancing and both your child and you will not be overwhelmed with a pack of work not knowing where to begin.
We are working tirelessly to get this right for our children. We are posting a letter to you all today with confidential information. We plan to begin our learning with the children on Tuesday hopefully. The letter today is also to the children giving them some ideas of ways they can be getting ready for their new, temporary way of learning.
Again we cannot thank you enough for your patience and support.
