Throughout the month of April, Primary 1 have explored 'In The Garden' as their WAU theme. This has included planting their own vegetables and seeds, labelling what we need to look after plants, tasting vegetables and buying them in the shop with real money.
For our taste session, the children marked the vegetable out of 10 for taste. It was lovely for the children to experience vegetables which they thought would have been horrid, were actually quite tasty!
They even got to taste their very own school grown lettuce!
