We celebrated Maths Week from 16th-20th October. Our aim for Maths Week was to encourage and enhance a positive attitude towards learning maths.
The feedback from the children was amazing. They reported that maths is about having fun with your brain, looking for patterns, spotting connections, making predictions and solving problems.
We had great fun using our maths skills outside the classroom. We enjoyed some outdoor maths games and lots of fun, practical maths activities. We then finished off the week with a maths trail.
