What a great morning P5 and P6 had when Ellen and Katherine from the Dairy Council came to visit. They taught the children all about the importance of nutrition and getting the balance between our food groups right. Everyone learned the importance of combining healthy eating with exercise. They taught us a super rap with plenty of actions to help us remember all the key points. It was a fun and informative morning that we all enjoyed!
