P4 took part in a beach clean today at Kilkeel Harbour with the Northern Ireland Fishery Harbour Authority.
We started the day with a short talk from Jen about why it is important to keep our beaches litter free, what P4s can do to protect the environment and our sea life and about the harmful effects our litter has on sea life 🐠🦀
Then we headed to the beach with our gloves and litter pickers and got to work! We managed to fill 10 bags rubbish!!!
We had a brilliant day in the sun and even squeezed in a quick play at the park 🌞
