P5 Assembly "FRIENDS"
Primary 5 did an assembly today thanking God for friends and the wonderful gift of friendship that they give us. They performed a play about an old lady called Rose who knew lots of people and had one true friend. Primary 5 also did readings, said prayers, sang hymns and said a poem about friends. As this was anti-bullying week Primary 5 finished off their assembly by saying that unfortunately there are people who make our lives sad. They make fun of us, they exclude us from their games, they won't share with us, they turn other people against us and if this is happening to you you must tell someone and not suffer in silence. Primary 5 told everyone that we must respect everyone and remember that Jesus said, "Treat others as you would like them to treat you."
