Mrs Higgins helped us make pancakes this morning. We used eggs, baking powder, milk and flour. Then we mixed all the ingredients together in a bowl to make the batter. Next we poured batter onto the griddle using a measuring cup. They turned golden brown as they cooked. When Mrs Higgins took them off the pan, we ate them with butter and jam. They were really delicious!
