Primary 1 and 2 had a wonderful morning with a visit from Phil’s Farm. Phil’s Farm is the largest mobile animal farm in Ireland!
Raymond and Caroline brought a variety of adorable animals ranging from chickens, giant rabbits, bunnies, guinea pigs, lambs, pygmy goats, an alpaca and even a wallaby. The children all enjoyed a falabella pony and cart ride which was a massive hit!
The boys and girls had the opportunity to feed, walk, pet and groom the animals. We chose Phil’s Farm as animal welfare is a huge priority for the team. Some of the animals are rescue animals and they work closely with animal charities throughout Ireland.
We loved having a real farm brought to our school! Many thanks to Phil’s Farm for the best experience for the children.
