Science Week in Primary One

This week Primary One were learning about 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar' in Literacy. It was also 'Science Week' and this story had lots of opportunities for cross curricular links. We did a tasting investigation in which the children sampled various fruits and had to guess the fruit that they were eating using only their sense of taste. The children also learned about the life cycle of a butterfly and they created the life cycle using multilink.
