Speak Out Today!

C2k, Capita and the Education authority, in partnership with the Safeguarding Board for NI and UK Safer Internet Centre announced a new initiative to help inform young people of some of the dangers of being online. What better way for pupils to learn about online safety issues than by creating and sharing their experiences with each other?

We were invited to take part in this competition by creating a short 1 to 2 minute video based on the theme 'Be the change: unite for a better internet'. 

The 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd prize winners will be invited to the EA Television Studies on Safer Internet Day 2017 (7^th February 2017) to talk about their video and showcase it in a videoconference open to all schools in Northern Ireland.  What a prize!

Well done to Jason Loughran P7 who created and very moving and mature video for submission this Friday.
