Spooky Skeleton Forest School 🌳
22nd Oct 2024
In forest school today, the children worked in teams to make a skeleton.
We have been learning all about our bodies and how important our bones are.
The teams worked hard to gather the correct sized sticks to represent each bone and talked about connecting them together. We discussed the job of a skeleton and named the bones feeling our own bones as we did e.g. back bone, neck bone.
We finished by listening to sounds in nature and appreciating the nice autumn air with some mindful music and movement.
