Yesterday P4 had an action packed World War II day led by The Active Learning Company. There were plenty of activities to enthuse the children. They got to dress up, decode secret messages, play with wartime toys and games, make an evacuee's identity label,handle weapons of war, identify aircrafts from silhouettes, take part in marching drill and many more exciting activities. The children worked really well in their groups and they thoroughly enjoyed all the activities. The range of artefacts was very impressive. A fantastic fun packed learning experience!
